Let’s concentrate on the financial aspects and a few emotional ones.

Presumably, the property is bought to make a profit.

Do investors make any, or much, money or is everybody else making it?

Who holds most of the risk?

People can be as wrong as they wish to be, or may turn out to be, when it comes to buying property. This has included me, who has been involved in 12 property purchases and sales over many years. In fact, I have spent over $1.3 million in stamp duty, agent’s fees, legal fees etc! This figure is not inflation adjusted.

Suggestions welcome.
